Previous Science Fiction and Space Art gallery moderators, TobiasRoetsch and gucken has created a very helpful tutorial collection. You can find it here. These guides should help you to get started with space art. Some of them are for beginners, some for advanced artists, everyone will find something useful.

first of all, thanks everyone for your +watches, +favs, comments and all the support in general, I really appreciate it, seeing that you appreciate my personal artworks really helps me keep going :)
Update number one - me and my friend have recently taken part in a Moontopia competition, we had to come up with an idea for a Moon settlement/colony. Our idea was a Lunar Space Elevator. Another World - short film
Hey, I wanted to let you know about another indie project I was involved in lately. It's a short film based on Another World game by Éric Chahi. I did concepts for environments, props and also mattepaintings. You can see both the film and making of in videos below.
Another World aka Project 23 emerged a few months ago as an idea for a short film inspired by a well-known game Another World. Initially it was planned as a short promo video for the Pixel Heaven 2014 event, but during months of preparation it became clear that it will be something much bigger.
