I really like this cityscape idea. All the little dots and strokes really give it more depth. It makes it look quite vast and still in construction like a city probably would be. Cities always tend to be growing so I like that. The buildings in the background give perspective and scales and there smears for some smoke add a nice effect too. Overall, I really like all the coloring and detail put into this.

AMAZING! I think you could easily create a remarcable represantation of Diaspar, the 1 billion years old city from Arthur C. Clarke's superb novell, City and the Stars. If you heaven't read it, I strongly recommend it.

Amazing work. I like the huge walls back there, and it makes me wonder if it was once something else. Plus the leaves flying in the foreground are a nice touch.
